This position will be responsible for maintaining payer web portals for commercial and Medicaid payers and managing the Last Pass platform for the organization. The role will be responsible for web portal and Last Pass security, integrity, and compliance by ensuring implementation of appropriate access controls and timely offboarding of access for impacted employees. As the administrator, you will be responsible for training new employees on the platform and providing on-going support specifically for the operations group.

Additionally, will provide support to the Managed Care team as other duties/administrative projects are assigned.

• Monitor and Maintain Payer Web Portal Access for Respiratory Health

• Review payer notifications and bulletins for web portal updates, changes, or implementation of new portals

• Attend payer webinars and trainings for payer web portals and provide output to operations teams

• Facilitate new web portal implementation and educate operation teams as applicable

• Act as the administrator for payer web portals, maintain user access and assign capabilities as applicable per user roles

• Accountable for completing web portal requests from internal teams timely

• Develop / provide solutions to technical issues that arise

• Ensure proper security, integrity and compliance is followed and appropriate access controls are in place

• Provide recommendations for process and policy improvements related to portal access

• Maintain Last Pass platform, user licenses and complete an annual review report

• Conduct new user and ongoing training and updates on Last Pass, ensure to off-board users timely from Last Pass and payer web portals, and provide continued support to operations teams

• Understand website platforms (i.e. Microsoft Edge, Chrome), tool bar settings, and password security

• Support Managed Care team with administrative projects and payer database system updates as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in web-based platforms, payer web portals, systems administration

• Understand website platforms (i.e., Microsoft Edge, Chrome), tool bar settings, and password security.

• Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

• Demonstrate technical database skills and experience necessary to maintain database, web portals, website platforms, implement updates and changes.

• Ability to understand web portal concepts and trainings and relay information back to impacted teams.

• Elevated aptitude to learn and understand technical terminology and concepts.

• Ability to explain technical issues or concepts to nontechnical employees.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
