CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst! In this role, you will support internal employees with their technology challenges – desktop, mobile device, connectivity, passwords, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling technical issues and working with people.
Required expertise includes:
2-4 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
Experience supporting desktop applications such as MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Experience building new machines / new user set up as well as decommissioning equipment.
Understanding of internet / network connectivity, password management, etc.
Excellent communication skills and a customer friendly demeanor.
