Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of current operating systems such as Macintosh, Windows and IOS preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Moodle, Google Apps (Collaboration Station) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in computer repair, printers and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated basic network administration knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of web development software such as Dreamweaver preferred.
- Knowledge regarding and/or willing to learn about AV equipment such as video camera, video projectors and sound systems.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
Responsibilities
- First call for tech support for faculty and students involving computer hardware and software and AV systems.
- Classify, sort and file information relating to technology area.
- Manage inventory, repairs, purchases and check‑out system for technology materials and equipment.
- Perform software installs.
- Perform office routines and practices.
- Perform basic network administration.
- Assist with website content and maintenance.
- Stay current on Macintosh, Windows and IOS software and technical knowledge.
- Daily coordination with building Technology Specialists.
- Support testing technology needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation / Benefits
RAVE Clerical Association – Wage Group III: $22.91 – $25.71 Hourly – According to contractual agreement (based on 2025‑26 contract)
