Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI and data science delivery for our Food & Beverage Intelligence portfolio. This role owns accountable delivery for a growing digital and AI product suite and serves as the primary partner to product leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, hands‑on technical fluency, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working across a global, matrixed organization.

• Lead and scale a cross‑functional delivery team spanning US-based employees, US contractors, and India-based resources
• Own delivery for Food & Beverage Intelligence products, evolving from single-product solutions to a broader portfolio strategy
• Partner closely with product leadership to ideate, design, and deliver AI‑enabled digital capabilities
• Provide coaching and leadership to senior data scientists, AI engineers, and technical leads
• Navigate and lead through ambiguity, driving progress toward version‑one solutions in complex problem spaces
• Serve as a senior communication bridge between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
• Ensure consistent delivery standards while working alongside horizontally aligned AI engineering leadership

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related technical discipline (or equivalent 4 years of experience in a related industry).
• Experience:
  
  8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI roles, including 3+ years in people or delivery leadership roles within a product-oriented organization.
• Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in Python; experience delivering AI- or ML-enabled products in partnership with product teams; familiarity with Azure-based data and analytics environments (including Databricks); ability to translate business problems into analytical and AI solutions.
• Other:
  Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, lead distributed teams, and communicate clearly with senior product, marketing, and business stakeholders.

• Experience in Food & Beverage, manufacturing, consumer products, or adjacent industries
• Prior experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models
