.Net Excel-Microsoft Access Developer

St. Paul, MN

12 months contract with possible extension

• Application code written using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Maintain current documentation that supports changes and development to existing applications
• Provide associated transition of developed applications to full-time employees of Client to ensure continued support
• Support, Develop and implement complex data-intensive Windows and web applications including the functionality to work with the interactions of a variety of data related to numerous available state and federal mortgage loan programs
• Develop on-going maintenance/support of numerous Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access applications (developed by the business team)
• Knowledge of divisions systems, including those related to State and Federal compliance issues related to Housing programs

• MS Access Development 2007 (or higher) — 6 years
• VBA — 6 years
• Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2012 — 1 year
• Multi-Family housing and compliance — 1 year
• Mortgage loan and/or banking experience — 2 years
