Role:
Application Portfolio Manager overseeing the USAC Applications IT portfolio, focusing on lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, and service cost understanding.
- Planning, directing multiple IT activities, setting strategic and operational plans, managing application health, and leading improvement projects.
- The role involves stakeholder communication across technical and business teams, project prioritization, and team supervision.
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years in IT or Supply Chain in public, private, or military sectors; or a High School diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5 years of supervisory, manufacturing, and software portfolio management experience, with demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
