Description Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead who plays a critical role in the Software Implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives to modernize functions. This role provides both strategic QA leadership and hands-on test execution across multiple projects involving enterprise cloud-based SaaS platform solutions. The QA Lead will direct the work of multiple QA Analysts and partner closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, fully tested solutions.
This is a working leadership role that combines oversight, coordination, and direct testing activity, particularly in an environment where automated testing maturity is still developing. This project will manage the planning and oversight of multiple information systems investment initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing direction on technical requirement reviews and capacity planning, and establishing timelines for competing priorities to support an ERP implementation.
Tasks:
- Define QA strategy and test plans across the Program; may coordinate work of multiple QA analysts.
- Execute hands-on testing for cloud SaaS solutions; prioritize test coverage where automation is maturing.
- Partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure fully tested, high-quality deliveries.
- Track defects and metrics; drive remediation and retesting workflows.
- Maintain test documentation, environments, and data sets; standardize QA processes.
- Provide coaching and oversight; report QA status to program leadership.
- Provide knowledge transfer
The work is to be done with a hybrid work schedule.
