Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Investigations Data & Compliance Analyst to manage and analyze complex investigation data, optimize reporting capabilities, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. This role will focus on Ethics Point platform management, compliance reporting, risk analysis, data governance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities- Analyze investigation data to identify trends, operational vulnerabilities, compliance risks, and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the functional administrator and SME for the Ethics Point reporting platform.
- Configure reporting parameters, workflows, data collection processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and present executive-level risk metrics, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate and improve investigation workflows, reporting processes, data integrity, and governance.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex investigation data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support risk mitigation and alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Experience in IT Project Management, Data Analysis, Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience with Ethics Point or similar compliance/investigation reporting platforms.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and metrics development skills.
- Experience working with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
