We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and enterprise transformation programs. This role partners with business leaders, Technology M&A stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that support organizational growth and business value.

The ideal candidate is more than a task tracker. They understand how work streams, dependencies, teams, and technologies connect to larger program objectives and can translate that understanding into effective execution. They are proactive, analytical, and comfortable driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups. They also leverage AI-powered tools to improve planning, communication, analysis, and delivery effectiveness.

• Lead technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and transformation initiatives across multiple business and technology work streams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reporting, budgets, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, vendor, operational, and acquisition teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs while driving timely resolution.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Translate technical information into concise, actionable communications for business audiences.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve project delivery, reporting, decision-making, and team productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, governance, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to support project delivery.

They understand how individual activities support broader business outcomes, proactively engage stakeholders to drive progress, and effectively leverage AI and automation to enhance delivery while maintaining appropriate governance and human judgment.
