Required Skills- Strong Windows desktop support experience.
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and break/fix support.
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routing).
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Service Now (highly preferred)
- SCCM Service Suite
- Utility industry experience
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the Minneapolis metro area (mileage reimbursed).
Note:
Selected candidate will be expected to travel the Minneapolis metro area daily. Typically, within 30 minutes of the office. Milage will be covered, but worker must provide their own transport.
