* This position exists to oversee digital content and its governance for the Licensing Division. This includes completing updates to forms utilized by business units within the division, planning and implementing digital content-related projects, and developing and updating content for the division's public webpages. The incumbent ensures that digital content and related projects and processes are accurate, accessible, aligned with the Office of Inspector General's priorities and directives, and comply with Department of Human Services' web standards and initiatives.

** The domain of responsibilities include, but not limited to:*
* + Develop forms and other documents. Use a high degree of proficiency when creating forms and documents with industry-grade publishing tools to deliver professional graphically designed documents that have a focus on user experience.

+ Serve as division's content strategy functional expert for web-based communications.

** Minimum Qualifications*
