3M seeks a Senior Data Scientist to collaborate with global teams and translate complex data challenges into scalable digital solutions. You will drive predictive modeling, ML, and simulation across lab automation and product platforms, owning pilots end-to-end from ideation to impact measurement.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in science/engineering and 5+ years in data science. The role is on-site at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, with travel and relocation support as needed.
