Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Claims Specialist to prepare, file, and follow up on FHA home retention claims in a timely and accurate manner per investor/insurer guidelines. The approved starting hourly rate is $23-$26/hour.
You will reconcile loan-level claim proceeds, provide posting instructions within 24 hours, document all servicing actions, image documents, and maintain the HUD audit file while complying with CMS policies and applicable laws.
