Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Advise clients on coverage options for personal property, automobiles, and other exposures.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
- Review policies and client information to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate updates.
- Prepare quotes, compare coverage options, and assist clients with new and renewal business.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve service requests and address policy issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
- Experience in personal lines account management or a closely related insurance service role.
- Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage, policy terms, and servicing processes.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines with accuracy.
Skills:
- Active Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Experience with agency management systems and insurance carrier portals.
- Familiarity with personal lines quoting and comparative rating tools.
- Experience supporting policy renewals, account rounding, or client retention initiatives.
- Knowledge of applicable insurance regulations and continuing education requirements.
