Network Operations Technician

Employment: 12 Month Contract-To-Hire (Salary Bump upon Conversion)

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Location:

St Paul, MN

Schedule:

7:45 PM - 7:45 AM (3/4 Days a Week, Weekends)

• Provide administrative support for IT functions such as media services, service desk, and knowledge management in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC).
• Load and unload tapes, catalog tapes, prepare tapes for shipping, and burn CDs.
• Assist with creation of knowledge articles and ongoing documentation functions.
• Support technical staff with tasks, backups, and user requests related to EOC activities.
• Other duties as assigned to support 24/7 monitoring and service restoration in the EOC.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2–4 years of experience providing administrative support for IT functions (e.g., media services, service desk, knowledge management).
• Knowledge of servers, how applications work, and ability to read code.
• Service Now ticketing experience.

• Prior NOC technical experience.
