• Represent financial institutions and creditors in litigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents
• Manage all aspects of case development, from initial filing through resolution
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and risk assessment for clients
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and professional service

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice in Minnesota
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
