Senior Project Manager - MEP (Nationwide)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry. In this role you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects, managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and share them with clients and staff.
- Allocate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Lead and manage the project team to ensure effective performance.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety standards are met.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Review the project schedule with senior management and other affected staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- OSHA 30 certification (a plus).
- PMP certification (a plus).
- LEED accreditation or knowledge (a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of the building and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
- Experience in construction project management.
- Understanding of business administration and management principles, including company operations, financials, customer relations, business development, project sales strategies, and legal aspects of the construction industry.
