Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager for Ecological Landscape Construction. The role is on‑site and based in St. Paul, MN. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of ecological landscape construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Daily responsibilities include managing logistics, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections for quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Collaborative communication with clients, contractors, and teams is integral to the role.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing construction or ecological restoration projects.
  • Skilled in reading plans, managing budgets, and coordinating field operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership; able to mentor Foremen and field staff.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in landscape installation in a heavy construction setting.
  • Knowledge of native seeding, planting, erosion control, and site restoration.
  • Proficient in project management and scheduling software such as Stack, Excel, or similar.
  • Certifications such as MnDOT Certified Landscape Specialist, or similar.
  • Experience with common landscape equipment (Skid steers, tractors, or similar).
  • Estimating and sales experience.
  • Familiarity with labor unions.
