Job DescriptionExtra hours may be available depending on workload. This role involves supervising production department associates in the fabrication/finishing area, assisting the production manager with planning and assigning work, enforcing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The goal is to ensure that materials for orders are processed efficiently to meet both internal and external customer specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications- Must be 18 or older to operate equipment.
- Experience with woodworking tools (band saws, Skilsaws, drills, etc.) required.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English effectively.
