Inventory Clerk
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and storing products, and supporting overall inventory control processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system within our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition.
- Store products in designated locations according to established procedures.
- Pick parts for work orders.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports as required.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Support the inventory team in various tasks as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment as necessary, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Demonstrate versatility and adaptability by applying specialized knowledge and skills to support broader company objectives as directed by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or training in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and JIT fundamentals.
- Knowledge of inventory software like Fishbowl is preferred.
- Understanding of inventory control principles.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $26.00/hr.
