Job Title:
CNC Machinist - Mill/Turn Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and set up Mill/Turn machines, specifically Index machines with dual and tri turret configurations. The role involves working with short to medium production blueprints and maintaining high‑quality standards.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate Mill/Turn machines, primarily Index machines with dual and tri turret style.
- Perform machine setups, including changing speeds/feeds, G&M edits, setting blocks, tool changes, and parameters.
- Work from various short and medium production blueprints.
- Ensure precision with tolerances averaging ±0.0003.
- Maintain quality standards through in‑process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
- Proficiency in operating Mill/Turn machines, especially dual turret and dual spindle configurations.
- Strong understanding of G&M Codes.
- Experience in prototype and production machining.
- Proficiency in GD&T.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software edits.
- Ability to fluently edit G&M code programs.
- High level of blueprint reading required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72,800.00 – $93,600.00/yr.
