• Typically 1+ years’ experience in machine set up & run

• Typically 2+ years’ experience in multiple machine set up & run
• Press Operations
• $21-$25
• Typically a Mid-level role, 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• $25-$32
• Typically 1+ years’ experience in machine set up & run
• $33-$40
• Typically 3+ years’ experience set up & run on a multi-color press machine

• Supporting our safety-first team-oriented culture
• Supporting machine setups and changeovers
• Preparing materials and packing finished products

• Working with operations team to hit production goals

Night Shift Differential:
Earn an additional $1.50/hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts!

• 6am-6pm; 3 consecutive days per week; rotates quarterly
• 6pm-6am; 3 consecutive days; some with quarterly rotation
• 2:30pm-12:30am;
  Monday-Thursday

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Safety‑first mindset with the ability to follow safety standards.
• Positive, “can do” attitude with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute in a team environment.
• Mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, or interest in learning how machines and production equipment work.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn production systems.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets, schedules, work instructions, specifications, quality standards and basic production information.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, trades, or another hands‑on physical work environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in print, packaging, folding carton, paperboard, die cutting, folder-gluer, press, finishing, bindery, or related production.
• Experience with measuring devices, material handling equipment, quality inspection, troubleshooting, changeovers, setup, or maintenance support.
