Labor Solutions is hiring Machine Operators! Don’t miss this great opportunity to join our team.
Pay:$21.00/hr. to start (potential increase to $23-$24/hr. after 30 days based on performance)
Schedule:- Regular
Hours:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Summer Schedule / Overtime:
Up to 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Operate and monitor packaging/bagging machines
- Feed bags into machines
- Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure proper operation
- Use computers/iPads to monitor production
- Assist with machine setup and adjustments
- Perform general production-related tasks
- English required
- Previous machine operating experience
- Food production or packaging experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Looking for long‑term employees
