Improve the efficiency and scalability of manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly processes (including training), tools, and materials. Equally important is the requirement of conferring with equipment vendors and soliciting observations from technicians.

Establish regularly occurring events that reinforce lean practices and 5S organizational tools.
Provide manufacturing decision-making information by establishing standards for production, labor, and material costs; as well as estimating future requirements.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintain Product and company safety record and reputation by complying with OSHA standards as well as government regulations.
Establish and document maintenance requirements for tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Create assembly videos to aid in the onboarding and training of technicians.
Assure product and process quality by designing appropriate testing or qualification methods (as needed), and standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Create and/or document changes and improvements to standard processes and procedures.
Assist with other manufacturing needs as required:
- Assist with the Supervision of Assembly Technicians.
- Assist with 5S/Lean practices throughout the Production Floor.
- Assist with other manufacturing processes from engineering to the finished product.
