Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite, Monday-Friday)

Pay: $27-$32/hour DOE

We are seeking an organized, proactive Production Coordinator to support creative and apparel production projects for a growing premium apparel brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with creative teams and external vendors, and keeping production timelines on track. The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination, print production, promotional products, apparel, or a related field and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Coordinate apparel decoration and production projects from artwork approval through final delivery.
• Manage a high volume of active projects, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with internal creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Partner with external vendors specializing in screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, and other apparel decoration techniques.
• Coordinate creative assets, artwork specifications, and production requirements between internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor production progress, troubleshoot delays, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review proofs, samples, and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support vendor relationships, production cost tracking, and process improvements.
• Maintain organized project documentation and workflows using project management software.

• Experience in production coordination, project coordination, creative operations, print production, apparel, promotional products, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with creative workflows, production processes, or vendor coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work onsite in St. Paul, MN, Monday through Friday.

• Experience with  or similar project management platforms.
• Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers, or other apparel decoration processes.
• Experience coordinating creative projects with designers, production teams, or external vendors.
• Background in apparel, promotional products, branded merchandise, or print production.
