THE RIGHT STAFF is hiring a Kitting Supervisor for a growing manufacturing and fulfillment organization in the St. Paul area. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced production professional who enjoys developing employees, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational success. The successful candidate will bring strong supervisory skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

JOB DETAILS :

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00/hour

Location:

St. Paul, MN

Schedule:

2nd Shift, 8-hour shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead daily kitting, assembly, and packaging operations for the shift

Supervise, train, and mentor production team members

Coordinate workflow to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion of production schedules

Monitor inventory and material availability to support production needs

Partner with quality and production teams to resolve operational issues

Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and procedures

Inspect completed work for quality and customer requirements

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

Support departmental goals and perform additional duties as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse, or fulfillment environments

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities

Experience working with production schedules and operational workflows

Printing/manufacturing environment experience preferred

Knowledge of inventory management, assembly, or kitting operations preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency with computer systems used for production tracking and reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
