Marketing & Enrollment Growth Specialist

Maternity of Mary–St. Andrew Catholic School (MMSA) is seeking a creative, joyful, faith-filled, and energetic marketing professional to help promote our school, strengthen our visibility in the community, and grow student enrollment. This part-time position offers approximately 12–20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and the potential to complete a significant portion of the work remotely. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can bring fresh ideas, creativity, and strategic thinking to our marketing and enrollment efforts.

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase school awareness and enrollment.
• Strengthen MMSA's social media presence through engaging content, storytelling, and digital outreach.
• Promote the school's academic programs, Catholic identity, welcoming environment, and unique strengths.
• Create compelling marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Help identify and reach prospective families throughout our surrounding communities.
• Support enrollment initiatives, school tours, open houses, and other recruitment activities.
• Build relationships with community organizations, local businesses, parishes, and other potential referral partners.
• Collaborate with school leadership to develop and evaluate effective enrollment strategies.
