The mission of the National LGBTQ Society is to create a safe space and safe environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies through our purpose of providing meaningful support, resourceful resources, and education.
This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations.
The Chapter Coordinator position is a new role within our organization. The purpose of this position is to establish Chapters in all 50 states of the United States. The person in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for the Chapter in their particular state, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting and promoting our organization and the cause of our organization and their chapter.
The ideal candidate for this position would have connections to local organizations and resources that can provide support for LGBTQIA+ and allied individuals. The person in this role will be responsible for creating partnerships within their local, municipal, county, and state organizations. They will also be responsible for developing their own leadership team and leading that team and chapter to success.
