Join to apply for the Sanneh G1 and Specilaty Programs VISTA role. This program supports youth through in-school and after-school programming, promotes educational attainment, and aims to strengthen physical health and social-emotional development while building community support and sustainability for TSF and partner youth-serving organizations.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the mission and services offered by TSF, the overlapping programs of the Programming Department and how they relate to the G1 and Specialty programs, the populations served and partner agencies in relationship with TSF.
• Increase awareness, outreach, and participation in the G1 & Specialty programs by engaging with local schools, families, and community organizations.
• Strengthen relationships with local community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to increase capacity and leverage non-financial resources.
• Build organizational capacity by streamlining program processes, documenting best practices, and developing resources for sustainability.
• Propose, develop, implement and document program quality improvements to increase program enrollment and retention.
