Digital Navigation Corps-Workforce Development, Inc. (LitMN)
Our primary goal is to provide ongoing digital job search and career exploration assistance to disadvantaged customers.
Responsibilities- Initial screening to determine immediate needs via phone/email.
- Assist with online job search, job applications, career exploration.
- Provide referrals to community partners/supports for resources outside scope.
- Use internal digital tools or develop supplemental tools.
- Case-note interactions in data management system.
- Make ongoing referrals to Rochester Adult & Family Literacy for Northstar Digital Literacy classes.
- Living Allowance, Training, Relocation Allowance, Education award upon successful completion of service.
- Health Coverage, Childcare assistance if eligible.
