RN Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (Transitional Care units, Long Term Care) in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota! This role leads, supervises, directs, and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. The position demonstrates sound management skills through problem solving and decision making, and is responsible for supervising in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies.

The team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.

• 48 hours every two weeks
• Night shift
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

The hub brings Fairview services together with local organizations—including Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundation—to make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.

• Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
• Ensures care plan, medical records, and other documentation are up to date
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Reports problem areas to management and provides and solutions
• Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Registered Nurse
• RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR /BLS certified
• One to three years of experience
• Basic computer skills
