Base pay range: $44.00/hr - $56.00/hr

Maplewood Surgery Center features 5 multispecialty ORs, 22 pre/post rooms, a 6‑bed PACU, and a sterile processing department. We perform primarily urology, general, ENT, GYN, and GI surgeries.

• Assess patient status throughout the episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care.
• Provide hand‑off reports to teammates that are accurate, concise, and pertinent to the patient’s condition and response to care.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of PACU experience preferred.
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• BLS or BCLS certification within 90 days of employment or documentation of current certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment or documentation of current certification.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of employment or documentation of current certification (when pediatric care is included).
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing or Perianesthesia preferred.

Certifications: Must be ACLS certified and obtain PALS certification as soon as possible. Non‑orientation candidates should have current Pre/PACU/Phase 2 experience.
