CRNA Locum Tenens

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens coverage in Southeast Minnesota. This role includes inpatient and outpatient anesthesia services with a focus on complex pediatric and donor care cases.

• Candidates must have at least 2 weeks/month availability.
• Travels only – No local candidates within a 60-mile radius from the site.
• Pediatric experience within the last 6 months and comfortable working both Peds and Adult cases.
• Home call is currently assigned – candidates are expected to pick up home call if needed.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) needed in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• Candidates need at least one year – preferably two years – of work experience.
• Minimum:
  Full time;
  Is call required? No.
• Type of Anesthesia Model and supervision ratio:
  Care Model.
• Must be comfortable doing basic Peds, Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ECT;
  Specific Peds – Cath lab, Peds ENT, Peds general surgery, Peds urology, Peds BMT, Peds Oculoplastic.
• Providers expected to work in Donor Care unit.
• Patient Volume: 30–40 cases/day;
  Number of cases per provider: 1–8 cases/day;
  Daily Peds percentage could range from no Peds cases to all Peds cases.
• Age Range of Patients: 0–99;
  Locums do not typically do NICU cases under 6 months.
• Vaccination Requirements:
  Flu.
• Requirements: ACLS, PALS, active CRNA/APRN license;
  Board Certified required.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
• 10‑hr shifts with Friday availability.
• Must be board certified; will accept licensure candidates.
