RN Job Details:

• Hours - Part-time, 24 hours per week
• Pay - $38 - $42 / hour
• Location - 733 Selby Ave, St Paul, MN 55104 - Seven Hills Senior Living

RN (Registered Nurse) Responsibilities:

• RN assures residents maintain admission criteria, reassess, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.
• Monitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes.
• Communicates to physicians and other personnel (county caseworkers) changes in resident's needs or conditions.
• Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff.
• Provides health training to all new employees, continued education for all staff, and documents such training to assure compliance with state, federal and local regulations.
• Assists in the development of policies and procedures and implementation of them.
• Promotes a positive, team approach and a healthy work environment.

RN (Registered Nurse) Qualifications:

• Maintains a current state license as a RN (Registered Nurse) per state regulations.
• At least one year's experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
