Join a busy, high-acuity anesthesia team offering full-scope anesthesia across multiple specialties.

• Coverage Dates: ASAP
• Shift: 10-hour shifts (6:30a 5p)
• Call Requirements:
  • Weekend Call: Friday 7p Monday 6a (split into 12 or 24 hrs)
  • Weeknight Home Backup Call
  • 30-minute callback window
  • Call provider is only activated if onsite provider is already in a case
• Model: Care Team Model Medically Directed
• EMR: Epic

Must be able to perform all case types, including:

• Cardiac (orientation provided)
• Cath lab
• Vascular
• OB
• Thoracic
• General
• Bariatrics
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Robotics
• Trauma / Emergency coverage

Case Volume: cases/day
️ Onsite Staffing: 2 onsite providers at all times
️ Telemed: No

• Active CRNA & APRN license
• Active state license required at presentation
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required (CRNAs respond to all codes including pediatric)
• Board Certification: Required
• Minimum monthly commitment: 1.0 FTE (4 10s/week)
• IMLC: Yes acceptable

• Standard travel & lodging reimbursed per facility policies
• No telemedicine
