Quality Engineer

Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the aerospace, medical, and military industries to hire a Quality Engineer! This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable, growing company that values safety, innovation, and employee development.

What You’ll Do:

• Corrective Action Coordination
• Lead internal and external corrective actions
• Audit production practices for compliance with customer and certification standards
• Maintain accurate quality records
• Operational Support
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality and customer-related issues
• Audit & Compliance
• Assist with internal audits (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
• Maintain audit schedules, equipment calibration logs, and heat treat process ownership
• Customer Quality Support
• Serve as a backup contact for customer quality concerns related to inspections and returns
• Follow Company and Industry Standards
• Adhere to all ISO, AS, NADCAP, and company-specific procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent quality-focused manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and record-keeping
• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk unassisted throughout the shift
