Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting critical processes related to supplier quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: Not specified

• Complete CAPA activities to address quality issues and improve processes.
• Manage and execute Supplier Change Notices (SCN) related to Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Document and report quality metrics and findings accurately.

• 2‑3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (required).
• Strong understanding of CAPA processes and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
