- Complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Assist in revision of work procedures and instructions.
- Communicate via various channels such as voice, email and internet chat.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- associate#39;s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
- 3-5 years of related/relevant experience to position preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized and punctual with the ability to work in face paced environment.
- Able to manage difficult customer situations and response promptly to customer needs.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
- Solid mathematical skills and attentive to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to read and write English.
- Microsoft Applications:
Outlook, Access, Word, Excel.
