Are You Hungry to Lead in a Fast-Growing Restaurant Brand?

We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for an Area Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, mentor GMs, and help our restaurants deliver amazing food and unforgettable guest experiences. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and a key ingredient in our recipe for growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead Operations

Oversee multiple restaurants to make sure everything runs smoothly—from food quality to guest experience.

Visit locations regularly to coach teams and ensure consistency.

Solve operational challenges and find ways to make things run better.

Build & Inspire Teams

Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and store leaders.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Conduct performance reviews and support career growth for your leaders.

Dive into P&Ls to find opportunities to grow sales and manage costs.

Track and hit key performance goals like sales, labor %, COGS, and guest satisfaction.

Champion Guest Experience

Ensure every guest leaves happy, every time.

Maintain brand standards in service, food, and presentation.

Partner with marketing and training teams on new initiatives and menu launches.

Be the link between operations and corporate leadership.

Share updates, expectations, and goals clearly with your teams.

Contribute to long‑term growth and expansion planning.

What You Bring

3+ years of multi‑unit restaurant management experience (fast‑casual or QSR preferred)

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams

Business savvy with experience managing financials

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
