Dishwasher

Join OTG Management as a Dishwasher in the MSP Airport Concessions team. This role plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality guest experience by keeping all dishes, utensils and cookware clean and ready for use.

Position Summary: Dishwashers support all staff by maintaining an adequate supply of clean tableware and ensuring that the dish machine and work areas remain sanitized.

• Maintain a guest focus while performing duties
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, and cookware
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problem to Manager immediately
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Clean and sanitize food, preparation, and production areas, as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather
