Applebee’s Bartender

As an Applebee’s Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring each drink meets brand standards and contributes to a great bar experience for both staff and guests. You will interact with servers and guests, support a fast-paced bar environment, and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Applebee’s® standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to staff and guests.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff with beverage requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Assist with inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Carry plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

• Minimum age 21 years in accordance with state law.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to contributing positively to the team and delivering excellent service.

Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must wear protective coverings (hand or face) throughout the shift, wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap, and use disinfectants during cleaning tasks.
