Summary: The In-Seat Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage items from the kitchen to the guests in various sitting areas throughout the stadium. In this position, the server should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that food is delivered in a timely fashion. The server should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Follows set up and break down processes efficiently.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Always exceeds guest expectations.
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
• Acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintains prep and service areas.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Understands the importance of maintaining equipment and executes accordingly.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post event product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to gain experience and work in the food service or hospitality industry. An outgoing personality is preferred. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
