  Delta Sky Club MSP - 4300 Glumack Drive, Saint Paul, MN 55111. Online applications only.
• Schedule:
  
  Full time and part time shifts available. Open availability preferred; weekends required.
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
• Requirement:
  Previous supervisory experience is required.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as point of contact for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
