Summary
A Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing knowledgeable, personalized service. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Associates are expected to develop strong product expertise, support merchandising efforts, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Working Conditions
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
