Job Responsibilities- Execute targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within the precision machining sector.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and technical specifications.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions effectively.
- Network actively within the industry to expand contacts and discover emerging sales prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (Master's or higher) are a plus.
- 2-3 years (Intermediate) to 5+ years (Senior) of outside sales experience, preferably in precision machining or related industries.
- Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales tools.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
- Prior experience specifically within the precision machining industry.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional presentation and networking skills with a proven track record of closing complex sales deals.
