This role leads strategic planning and execution to ensure revenue targets and service goals are met by developing and implementing business plans, analyzing account activity, and driving high-growth initiatives. It provides strong people leadership by equipping team members with the skills and tools needed to perform effectively while leveraging performance and development processes to build current and future capabilities. The position also drives business development by cultivating strategic client relationships, utilizing technical expertise to expand product and service use, and negotiating and closing new contracts.

Additionally, it builds strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers and collaborates with marketing and cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and execute strategies that align with territory and revenue objectives.

• 8 years medical device industry, hospital sales and/or physician sales experience
• 10 years sales management experience with direct reports
• Valid Driver's License

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to Life Net Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
