Entry Level Sales Representative

Onsite | Base Salary + Commission | $40K–$80K Expected Annual Earnings

Farmers Insurance – Twin Cities is looking for an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our onsite team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions.

No insurance experience is required. We'll help you learn the products, develop your insurance knowledge, and build the sales skills you need to succeed.

As a full-cycle sales professional, you'll work with customers from the initial conversation through the close—learning about their needs, explaining coverage options, recommending solutions, and helping them protect what matters most.

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover coverage needs and opportunities
• Learn and confidently explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing
• Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer's individual needs
• Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through closing
• Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Continuously build your insurance and sales knowledge

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a mobile device

Base Salary + Commission

• Expected annual earnings: $40,000–$80,000
• Additional earning potential based on sales performance
