Tactical Security Supervisor
Job Description:
Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor. Read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tackle shifts that require physical activity, patrolling retail stores, airports, detention centers, and other environments.

St. Paul, MN - Schedule:
Part-time – Friday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.;
Saturday, 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Competitive hourly wage $20.15/hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

Responsibilities:
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
- Pass extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift; walk more than 10,000 steps per day
- Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- Minimum one year security experience and leadership/supervisor experience
- Age 23 or older
- CPR, First Aid, AED certified or willing to obtain certification
- State license if required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
