As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol Driver you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. In this driving post, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, deter incidents, and provide visible presence throughout the premises. You will interact with clients and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and communication while embodying our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help deter unwanted activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining access control procedures.
• Document and communicate security-related incidents and observations according to site protocols.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen will be conducted in accordance with state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
