Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $30.00/hr

We are looking for an experienced tile setter. Candidates must be familiar with porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles, and comfortable installing in various locations (e.g., shower walls and floors, back splashes, high‑traffic areas). During the interview, you should be able to explain how you would plan and layout a tile installation before starting the job.

• Install tile on walls, floors, back splashes, and other surfaces as required.

• Plan and layout tile installations accurately.

• Prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, level tile, and cut tiles to fit.

• Ensure finishes meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Good eye for color matching; color blindness is a disqualifier.
• Commitment to a minimum 2‑year tenure.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet project timelines, strong customer‑service skills, and excellent work ethic.
